FALL FESTIVAL Silent Auction Donations
We are in full swing of collecting donations for our annual Raffle and Silent Auction to be held at the Fall festival on 5th November. It’s approaching fast!
Please show your support and find something that can be donated for the raffle. In the past we have had these various donations:
| · a family photo shoot · concrete poured · closet makeover · jewelry | · stamping supplies · tickets to events · teeth whitening · professional firearm training…. and even a live chicken |
For those who have donated in the past we thank you and invite you along with all other parents to find some service or product that can be donated, and be profitable for our auction, and thus our children’s school.
This letter can be used to present to businesses, friends, or relatives as documentation of a tax-deductible contribution. You, your business, employer, friends or family can donate. If you know of anyone who may be interested in donating, please feel free to email them a link or hand out letters. We really appreciate all your help.
THEMES for Classroom Baskets for Silent Auction (Fall Festival)
Mrs Willis am & pm – Family Fun:- Board games, card games, puzzles…a holiday to Hawaii..!?
Mrs Lane & Miss Roberts – Sweets Smells:- candles, diffusers, bath salts, drawer liners….
Miss Ritter & Mrs Kunda – Your Own Library: Books, fact or fiction for ages 0 – 1000…..
Mrs Frost & Ms Canter – Movie Night: - DVD’s, popcorn, candy, tickets to the movies or restaurant – don’t forget the drive-ins….tickets to the Scottsdale Six Drive in, then you’ll need picnic blankets, camping chairs, blankets for those wintery nights….
Mrs Fonseth & Miss Thomas – Cooking/Baking:- recipe books, cooking utensils – think inside kitchen and outside grill – endless possibilities!
Mrs Dana & Miss Caudron - Sports 4 All:-, a basket full of sports equipment, (trying to avoid team sport items). e.g. Game of Swing ball, croquet or Boles, swimming goggles, kickboards, pool toys, soccer ball, shin pads, gift cards to sport shops, skateboard & pads, sports bottles, gym bags ….
Mr Abel, Mrs Rowe & Mrs Valentine – Gift Cards:- restaurants, movies, clothing stores, products or services…
Mrs Roa & Mrs McKinney – Arts & Crafts: For adults and children alike…from play-doh, crayola products or fun craft kits, good old paper, scissors and glue to scrapbooking supplies or home decorating!
