The “Save for Shade” Campaign is
on!

Shade over the courtyard cemented area – approx.
$25,000.00.

Shade over part of the kinder playground area – approx.
15,000.00.
·
Shade over playground structure – approx.
$16,000.00.
N.B. These quotes do not include legal fees. permit fees etc.
How will we raise the funds?
Our school is unique in that we
do not take part in traditional fundraiser activities – we do not sell raffle
tickets, we do not sell cookie dough or candles, we do not encourage our
students to go out and actively try and raise funds through sponsored events
etc. And we like it that way!
Fall Festival is still our main fundraiser, Box
Tops and annual dues allow us to run our activities and events. What FPAC wants to try is generating additional funds specifically for the shade structures
with these “behind the scene” type fundraisers:-

Set up a few restaurant fundraisers throughout
the year. FPAC will receive a small
percentage of the evening sales at local restaurants when our name is
mentioned.

Link grocery store cards to our school, funds
are raised for our school simply by our families and friends linking up their
Frys, or Safeway, or Albertsons, or other grocery store cards.
·
Apply for local grants. Lowes and Home Depot grants are already
filled out and submitted!
·
Gift Card sales.
FPAC are setting up a fundraiser program where we gather gift card
orders and FPAC will receive a percentage back from the company running the
program.
·
Target Red card, if you have one you can go
online and link it to our school.

when the grocery cards are ready to be linked to the school – FPAC are in the
process of setting them up with the stores.
