Calling all 6th grade parents!!!
GREAT NEWS!!! FPAC will be purchasing shirts for all of our 6thgrade Jaguars!!! We do have sizes listed for your 6thgrader, but you are more than welcome to fill out this form for yourself…
whether you fill it out or not, your 6thgrader will receive a shirt!
FPAC just found out that the district admin will be ordering shirts for all of the elementary schools THIS FRIDAY! So if you would like to add a shirt for you or any other child,
you will need to order it no later than this Thursday, January 31!
WOW!!! Yes… we know that’s fast!
But if you would like to order a shirt for yourself, you can order it at cost!
Plus, if you can donate a few dollars, all donations will go to offset the cost of materials used for the musical.
Please turn in this form no later than Thursday, January 31 if you are ordering a shirt for someone other than your 6thgrader.
